April 2 (Wednesday) Aleph Bet Jewish Day School is sponsoring Rabbi Howard Gorin of Tikvah Israel Congregation in Rockville at Congregation Kol Ami. Rabbi Gorin has made a lifetime project of outreach to the Jewish communities of Sub-Saharan Africa. 6 (Sunday) Kol Ami Sisterhood will host a Passover cooking class at 1:30 PM. Carl Charapp, chef extraordinaire, will present plenty of new ideas and great tastes. Please RSVP to Mary at 410-266-6006. 6 (Sunday) Aleph Bet Jewish Day School annual Dinner and Silent Auction at 5:30 PM. 7 (Monday) Kol Ami hosts "Training Wheels/Al Galgalim", a new Jewish family education program for pre-schoolers ages 2-5 and their parents (or grandparents). Four fun-filled sessions about Shabbat and the Jewish Holidays and the joys of being Jewish “kid-style". For more information, please call Jennifer at 410-263-9430. 11 (Friday) Kol Ami Tot Shabbat at 6:00 PM, followed by a Shabbat service led by the Daniel Rothman Religious School teachers and students at 7:00 PM. 13 (Sunday) Kol Ami Daniel Rothman Religious School Open House from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
