Location TBA. 24 (Wednesday) Brandeis University National Women's Committee opening meeting at Eastport Library at 1:00 PM. Speakers will be present to discuss slot machines in Maryland (pro and con) October 5 (Sunday) Congregation Kneseth Israel Sisterhood hosts a breakfast with guest Sheila Kurtzer, wife of former U.S. Ambassador to Egypt and Israel Daniel Kurtzer. November 2 (Sunday) Temple Solel Mah Jong Tournament begins at 9:30 AM. More details to follow. 23 (Sunday) Kneseth Israel day at the theatre to see "A Jew Grows in Brooklyn" at the Gordon Center for Performing Arts in Owings Mills. Tickets are $60. January 4 (Sunday) Kneseth Israel Hebrew school day at the Washington Wizards game versus the Cleveland Cavaliers for Jewish Awareness Day. Tickets only $35 each.
